Friends of the Fighting 69th, f/k/a AOH Charitable Gift Corp. was formed pursuant to §402 of the New York State Not-for-Profit Corporation Law. The Corporation was formed to raise funds for worthy causes including, but not limited to The 69th Infantry Family Support Group, The Fighting 59th Children’s Trusts, Fisher House, Wounded Warrior Project and The Frank T. Carvill Memorial Scholarship Fund. The Corporation is exempt from Federal Income Tax pursuant to Internal Revenue Code §501(c)(3).
